Cookies, video, and marketing tools
This site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technology for essential operation, analytics, and marketing measurement. Your browser may let you block or delete these technologies, although some features may work differently.
The newest full episode and clip are displayed with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. When you play or interact with a video, YouTube and Google may receive information and use cookies or similar technology according to their own policies and your settings.
Contact-form submissions are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to our email inbox. FormSubmit may process and temporarily retain the information you enter under its own practices.
Links on this website may take you to video, social, and merchandise services that we do not control. Their privacy policies apply once you use those services.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with vendors that help host, protect, measure, or operate the site; with the third-party services you choose to use; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect people, the show, or the public.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures more broadly as a “sale” or “sharing.” If those laws apply to you, you may contact us to request an opt-out.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including communication, security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. Third-party providers may keep information under their own retention policies.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
To make a privacy request, leave a voicemail at 216-260-3433. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
Children’s privacy
The website and show are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the website, marketing tools, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
